Entry Fee:

- Early Bird registration, $300 per team
(entire amount must be paid by June 13th)
- After June 13th, $325 per team

Registration Rules:
|
- On-site registration is not authorized.
- Team members must sign in at the tournament.
- Team member substitutions are allowed from the original team roster.
- Each team member must be 50 or over as of December
31, 2008.

Format/Rules:
|
- Tournament format will be either double elimination or round robin,
depending on the number of teams registered.
- Games will be full field with two, 30-minute halves,
unless decided otherwise.
- Team rosters will be limited to 18 players (11-a-side).
- Modifed soccer rules include no slide tackles, open subbing.
- Washington State Soccer Association (WSSA) or
other state Player Cards are required

Note:
|
In 2009, the National Senior Games Association is adding soccer as a Demonstration Sport.
This means that teams do not have to qualify; they can register and come. The format
is not decided but it looks to be 8-a-side, "half" fields, 20 or 30 minute halves.
The National Games are in the San Francisco area, August 1 to 15, 2009. If there is
enough interest, soccer will be added as a regular sport at the National level.
